in late April, 2002.
Most of the HTML code in these pages was supplied by Netscape's (v. 4.7) Composer, with minor changes made by hand. JavaScript was written by hand, sometimes using aids such as Adope's ImageReady. Java applets use Java 2, and are compiled with Borland JBuilder 6. Photos are processed with Adobe Photoshop v. 6. Except where specified, photos have not been altered except for cropping, or to standardize scene average intensity. Most non-photo graphic objects were created with Photoshop. The font used here (Arial 10-pt, or in HTML code, <font size=-1>) is used in the content of most of these pages. Captions on drawings may have smaller or larger fonts. If you can read this, then you will be able to read everything at this site. You must have Java and Javascript enabled for some features. (These are the standard settings.) Frames are not used at this site. Content width, not including your own browser's window frames, varies between 800 and 1000 pixels except on pages with photo medleys or wide-view photos. (The content of this page is 834 pixels wide.) The pages should display equally well in Netscape 4, and later, on Microsoft, Linux, or Unix platforms, and in Internet Explorer 4 and later on Microsoft platforms. I would appreciate feedback from users of these, or Apple systems, who encounter technical difficulties. |
